We produce and supply items for the automotive industry, such as full car kits, wings and bonnet scoops for hot rods, Holden, Ford Model T and Model A, Porsche, Corvette, Lotus, Daimler and more. We can also repair and restore accident damage to cars or trucks by matching existing parts. For your truck, we can provide new parts such as deflectors, bonnets, fenders and roof deflectors, and repair broken fibreglass parts.
We make architectural items such as church steeples and minarets for mosques, which are light and easily exported. Can’t get into those fiddly parts of your roof to lay standard roofing? Use our special roofing moulds to reach those tricky spots. Easily installed and long-lasting, they provide a convenient alternative to other products on the market.
The non-reactive characteristics of fibreglass make it an ideal substance from which to make industrial products. Electrically insulating, fibreglass is suitable for any product required for those dealing with power supplies. This includes protecting people working around power lines in cherry picker baskets and weatherproof covers for the power circuits themselves.
Our kayaks, made either from fibreglass, carbon fibre or Kevlar, are light, strong and safe.
And there are ideas, thought of by clients, which we are more than happy to produce as one-off items. Our cannon is one example. Recently, the committee commemorating the sinking of MS Orpheus off the Manukau bar in Auckland asked us to make a replica cannon for them. This was launched by the NZ Prime Minister at a ceremony on Waitangi Day (February 6) 2007, generating much media interest.
We have also used our expertise to make and repair aircraft panels and parts.
Challenge us. What could we make for you?
If you cannot find exactly the item you are looking for, please contact us and we’ll be happy to discuss your project.
