NZAS Hearing Aid Bank

Any person who does not have resources to pay for hearing aids themselves and is not eligible for a loan through Work & Income (WINZ) can obtain hearing aids through the NZAS Hearing Aid Bank. 

The Hearing Aid Bank has a pool of hearing aids available which were donated by a variety of organizations.

The Hearing Aid Bank covers the wholesale cost of the hearing aids only.

You are required to pay for any custom made earmould for a Behind-the-ear hearing aid (BTE), the fitting fee and follow-up visits, and hearing aid batteries.
