
Ingredients:• 125g butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs 60g cooking chocolate melted
• 2 cups plain flour
• 1 1/4 tsp baking soda
• 2 tbsp cocoa
• ¼ tsp salt
• ¾ cup EASIYO yogurt
• 1/3 cup boiling water
Method:Cream butter and sugar, add eggs and beat well.
Add melted chocolate and mix well.
Sift dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients and yogurt alternately.
Add boiling water and beat well.
Pour mixture into a buttered and floured 23 cm round cake tin.
Bake in preheated moderate oven 180°C for 35-40 minutes.
Frosting: 100g butter
¼ cup EASIYO yogurt
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups icing sugar
2 tbsp cocoa
Cream butter. Add yogurt, vanilla, icing sugar and cocoa.
This quantity is sufficient to ice and use as a filling
