Gozleme

Ingredients:

• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
• 200ml EasiYo Natural Yogurt
• pinch of salt
• 1 cup (250g) Self raising flour
• 100g baby spinach
• 200g feta cheese, crumbled
• salt and pepper
• olive oil
• lemon wedges to serve 



Method:

Beat EasiYo Natural Yogurt and salt in a large bowl until smooth.
Gradually add the flour until you have a stiff dough.
Knead on a lightly floured surface, incorporating any remaining flour until dough is soft and slightly sticky.
Put into a clean bowl, cover and stand for 30 minutes.
Divide dough into 4 round pieces. Roll each piece into a 20-30cm circle.
Place spinach and feta over half the circle and season.
Fold dough over to form a half circle. Seal edges with a fork.
Repeat with remaining dough and ingredients.
Preheat BBQ plate or frying pan.
Brush one side of each gozleme with olive oil and cook until the base is golden.
Repeat for the other side.

Serve with lemon wedges and melted butter if desired.
