"I would like to commend the fantastic service that Euroglass staff offered us for our bi-folds and sliders on our new loggias at Tamaki Drive, Kohimarama.
In the first instance, Henry was our point of contact who was very helpful in our choice of glass and also very accommodating when our schedule changed. He communicated with our builders so that they were properly prepared for the installation. He then passed us on to Jason who has been absolutely fantastic.
Without Jason's help, which extended to nearly a whole Sunday, we would not have made our party deadline (let alone the Christmas deadline a week later). Jason's attention to detail and precise set up was amazing, as was his calm and friendly manner on site. This was a complicated job and we have been absolutely satisfied with the efforts of Jason and Euroglass to remedy any areas that needed attention for our loggia glass doors to be able to be used over the holiday period. It is very much appreciated.
We would be very happy to recommend Euroglass to any prospective customers."

"Recently we purchased a 3 year old home in which there was a Euroglass supplied kitchen splashback. For some reason the paint on the back of the glass began to delaminate. We contacted the previous owner who contacted Euroglass and before we knew it, a new splash back was installed. What was most pleasing was the professional service given all round. Euroglass could have argued that they had no liability to us as the Consumer Guarantees Act did not apply to subsequent purchaser - but they didn't.
Then the attitude of the tradesman. Shoes off at the door - then on again to get stuff from the van, shoes off again and on again, etc. No mess. No fuss. All cleaned up so that you would not have guessed someone had been. Thanks.
And when the tradie said he would be there at 8am on a Saturday, he did better than that. We had a full house as there was a family wedding that day so I almost said no to the installation for that day but with Christmas coming, decided to take it while it was offered. Not only was the man on time he was early and had left before anyone (apart from me) was out of bed. The glass was replaced and no one knew. Thanks again.
