Chain - the answer to case conveying accumulation needs
Rexnord LBPHP 1503 MatTop chain is designed for handling cases and tray packs of cans, bottles, and almost anything else in a box.
LBPGP 1503 is the first product that offers rollers to reduce backline pressure and allow for very tight, smooth over the head transfers.
This unique chain allows accumulation of cases with the added flexibility of being able to use a nose over for tight end to end transfers. Backline pressure between products is reduced by more than 60 per cent when compared to a conventional modular chain or belt. Its non-marring rollers help to protect the graphics on cases and boxes during accumulation. This chain is available in HP material for excellent friction and wear characteristics through Maud Kirk. The chain is designed to operate on standard 1500 series sprockets with true chain/sprocket interaction.
The chain provides protection at today’s line speed while lowering back line pressure during accumulation, providing the following:
